It is a complementary therapy that can be deeply relaxing and may help with a range of health issues including :

When a Reflexologist stimulates the 7000 nerves in the feet, it can have surprisingly relaxing effect. Today’s modern world places ever increasing demands on us, often resulting in stress. Whilst a little bit of stress can sometimes be a good thing, when we fail to manage it, stress can compromise our immune system and we become susceptible to illness.
Reflexology may help reduce stress by generating deep relaxation. It may also help stimulate blood flow and improve circulation, carrying oxygen and nutrients to all cells around the body and aid the elimination of toxins. Reflexology works with your body to stimulate its own healing process and may help you return to a state of balance and well being.
